All SCE USAtm mainboards are shipped with at least 2 complete USB ports, found next to the PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports. 

The SCE USA tm 771ASIR mainboards were shipped with this USB Port Cable to provide 4 complete USB ports.  This eliminated the need to purchase a 4-port HUB for customers that needed more than 2 USB ports, but no more than 4 USB ports.

Most subsequent SCE USAtm boards are not shipped with this USB Port Cable due to the request of many resellers who want to  have a choice between this USB Port Cable and the Front USB Panel.

The USB Port Cable also supports Superpower's A586B motherboard which was shipped without any USB port at all.

Installing the USB Port Cable to your system
is very easy -- but do't forget to enable
these USB ports on your CMOS BIOS.
